摘要
新时期中国外交在继承传统的同时加大了探索和创新力度,体现出多重属性的大国外交思想、与时俱进的战略思维和积极进取的外交实践。以习近平同志为总书记的领导集体大力推进中国特色外交思想和战略建设,丰富了中国的大国外交实践,指引着中国大国外交运筹和发展方向。然而,中国前进的道路不可能一帆风顺,中国在外交理论、战略和实践上要始终保持高度警惕,特别是不能犯重大错误。未来中国外交在理论建设方面需要更加系统,在战略思维方面需要更加缜密,在政策举措方面需要更加周全,在舆论引导方面需要更加超前,争取在外交工作上取得更大成就。
In the new period,while inheriting its fine traditions,China has made vigorous efforts to develop new theories and practices in diplomacy,reflecting a major country's multipronged diplomatic thought,strategic thinking abreast of the times,and proactive diplomatic practices. The new Chinese leadership under President Xi Jinping promotes the construction of diplomatic theories and strategies with Chinese features,enriches China's diplomatic practices,and guides the programming and development of China's major- country diplomacy. However,the road forward is not always smooth. In the course of developing its diplomatic theories,strategies,and practices,China should keep highly alert,particularly avoiding fatal mistakes. To make greater achievements in diplomacy,China should further systematize its diplomatic theories,organize its strategic thinking more meticulously,deploy policies and measures more comprehensively,and gain initiative in guiding public opinion.
