摘要
运用偏离-份额分析法对北京市2002~2011年林业产业结构与区域竞争力进行实证分析的结果表明：相对于全国而言,北京市林业总产值增速缓慢,2002~2006年的实际增量比全国的增长率低134.85％,2007~2011年间这一差距增长到12.38％,总值呈现增长态势；北京市林业第一产业出现下滑趋势,第二产业具有结构性优势但不具区域竞争力优势；北京市林业发展的主要推动力是以林业旅游与休闲、林业生态服务等为主的林业第三产业。可见,在林业低碳经济的背景下,北京市需要稳固并提升林业第一产业的基础性地位、提升第二产业的深加工能力和资源综合利用率、遵照低碳发展理念,继续加强第三产业的优势带头作用。
With Shift-Share Method, the paper carries out empirical analysis of forestry industrial structure and regional competitiveness in Beijing from 2002 to 2011. The results show that, the forest-ry industrial in Beijing develops slower than the whole country, which was 134. 85% and 12. 38% be-low the country’s average from 2002 to 2006, and 2007 to 2011 respectively, but it saw a positive growth. The first forestry of Beijing showed a decreasing tread, the second and third industry are in the dominant position. But the second industry does not have the regional advantage. The third indus-try is quite the opposite, which is the main driving force of Beijing forestry industry. According to the research results, the basic position of the first industry should be strengthened and promoted, deep processing capacity and the resources utilization of the second industry should be further developed, and the leading role of the third industry should be further enhanced in accordance with the low carbon concept.
