摘要 区域创新能力可划分为知识创新能力、技术创新能力、创新资源配置能力和创新环境优化能力。区域创新能力评价指标体系由四大能力评价子指标体系整合而成。根据动态分析结果可知:广东省区域创新能力连续七年持续增长,2004年~2005年增幅最大。其中科技发展因子持续增长,新产品开发效果与科技资源配置因子、技术研发能力因子、科技投入效果补充因子起伏较大,直接影响了其综合创新能力的提高。 Regional innovation capacity can be divided into four major sub-index systems, including knowledge innovation capacity, technological innovation capacity, innovation resources allocation capacity and innovation environment optimization capacity. These four sub-index systems are integrated into evaluation index system of regional innovation capacity. Dynamic analysis results show that the capacity of regional innovation in Guangdong Province continued to grow for seven years, during which the largest increase has achieved from 2004 to 2005. Of all the factors, the growth of the scientific and technological development factor has sustained for seven years; the new product development effect and technology resources allocation factor, the R & D capacity factor and the scientific and technological investment effect-added factor, fluctuate irregularly and have directly affected the upgrading of integrated innovation capability.
