摘要
若从"中华民族多元一体格局"的整体层面上来看待当代少数民族音乐文化传承,应该兼含狭义性和广义性两种传承方式,二者既互相包容,又彼此呈叠立状态。而音乐艺术院校所担负的传承责任,应该是以广义性为主,狭义性为辅。对于我们的学界和政府部门相关人员来说,有效地区分狭义性和广义性传承的特征,对自己所扮演的"局外人"文化角色及所持有的"客位"学术立场予以清晰定位,并从中融入"主位—客位""双视角"学术立场,便具有了明显的重要性和必要性。
There are two types of cuhural inheritance in Chinese multi - culture environment. One is from a broad senses, and another is from a narrow sense. These two are mutual inclusive and overlapping. The institution of high education and government of different administrative levels necessary to clarifying each role it plays in transmitting and each plays a different role with different emphasis. It is safeguarding musical traditions of Chinese ethnic minorities.
