摘要
目的：分析不孕不育患者应用血府逐瘀汤治疗的临床疗效。方法收集我院2009年4月-2012年2月期间诊治的不孕不育患者156例作为研究对象，以随机数字表分组的方式分为试验组（78例）与对照组（78例），对照组患者采用已烯雌酚、克罗米芬等常规西药治疗，试验组患者采用血府逐瘀汤治疗，对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析对比。结果研究结果显示，试验组怀孕率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论不孕不育患者应用血府逐瘀汤治疗具有良好的临床疗效，值得在临床应用上推广。
Objective Analysis of the clinical curative effect of therapeutic treatment to infertility patients. Methods Collecting 156 cases of infertility patients who were diagnosised and treated from April 2009 to February 2012 as the research object , in the form of random number table group was divided into experimental group （78 cases） and control group （78 cases） , control group was treated by club has ene female phenol, such as conventional western medicine treatment, treatment group was treated by therapeutic treatment, to analyze the curative effect of two groups of patients. Results Research results showed that the experimental group pregnancy rate was significantly higher than control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Therapeutic treatment of infertility patients had good clinical curative effect, was worthy of popularization in clinical application.
