摘要
环介导等温扩增(LAMP)技术是继PCR技术之后又一新型核酸扩增技术,恒温(60-65℃)条件下可在1h内将目的基因扩增到109,具有效率高、特异性强、操作简单等优点,已被广泛应用于食源性致病菌的快速检测。对LAMP的原理、特点、应用及展望进行综述,为后续研究提供理论依据。
Loop- mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP) technology is a new technology of nucleic acid amplification after PCR technology,which can amply target gene to 109 level under conditions of constant temperature at 60 - 65℃ in 1h.It has been widely used in quick detection of food- borne pathogen with high efficiency,strong specificity and simple operation.The principle,characteristics,application and prospect were reviewed in this article.It provided a theoretical basis for further research.
