摘要
单核细胞增生性李斯特菌(Listeria monocytogenes,LM)是一种重要的食源性人畜共患病原菌,可引起脑膜炎、败血症、流产等疾病。虽然LM引起的食源性疾病发病率不高,死亡率却高达30%。LM有多种毒力因子协助其致病,然而不同来源的单核细胞增生李斯特菌毒力和致病性差异大,因而了解毒力因子和致病机理以及毒力因子的检测技术有利于更好地控制食源性单核细胞增生李斯特菌病的爆发。本文对LM的主要毒力因子、致病机理和检测毒力的方法进行综述。
Listeria monocytogenes is one of the main foodborne pathogens,which can cause meningitis,sepsis,abortion.Despite of the low incidence of foodborne diseases caused by LM,the motality rate reaches up to 30%.LM has a variety of virulence factors to assist in its pathogenesis.However,the virulence and pathogenicity of Listeria monocytogenes from different sources vary greatly.Therefore,understanding the virulence factors and pathogenesis and the detection technology of virulence factors are conducive to better control the outbreak of foodborne Listeria monocytogenes.In this article,main virulence genes of LM,the pathogenesis and the detection methods of virulence were reviewed.
