摘要
目的探讨红芪多糖对膀胱癌大鼠抗肿瘤作用的相关机制研究。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验法和RT-PCR法,观察不同药物剂量的红芪多糖对膀胱癌大鼠模型血清中VEGF、IL-2和膀胱组织中AQP1和AQP3表达变化的影响。结果红芪多糖对膀胱癌大鼠肿瘤抑制效果以中剂量为佳,其可以提高血清中IL-2含量,减少VEGF含量水平,同时下调AQP1和AQP3基因表达。结论红芪多糖对膀胱癌大鼠的肿瘤生长确实有一定的抑制作用,其机制为增强机体免疫功能,同时其可能通过调节膀胱癌组织AQP1和AQP3,而产生利水渗湿功效,从而达到抑制膀胱癌效果。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of the anti-tumor effect of hedysamn polysaccharide in rats with bladder cancer. Methods ELISA and RT-PCR were used to observe the effect of hedysamn polysaecharide in different dose on the expression ofVEGF, IL-2, AQP1 and AQP3 in rats with bladder cancer. Results Hedysamn polysaccharide in the middle dose has the best effect on bladder cancer rats though increasing the content of IL-2 and reducing the expression ofVEGF, AQP1 and AQP3. Conclusion Hedysamn polysaccharide has a great effect on antitumor in rats with bladder cancer.The mechanism maybe boost immune function, regulate the expression of AQP1 and AQP3 to suppress the growth of cancer cell.
