摘要
目的 对丙戊酸血药浓度监测结果进行分析,为临床个体化用药提供参考.方法 采用化学发光粒子免疫检测法对720例癫痫患者进行丙戊酸血药浓度监测,并对监测结果进行分析.结果 498例监测结果在有效浓度范围内（50～100μg/mL）,占69.2％.结论 丙戊酸血药浓度监测对临床个体化用药具有重要指导意义.
Objective To analyse the monitoring result of serum concentration of valproic acid, in order to provide reference for individuation of clinical drug administration. Methods The serum concentration of valproic acid of 720 cases were determined by chemiluminescence immunoassay analysis and the results were analyzed. Results 498 cases of monitoring results were in the effective concentration range （50-100μg/mL）, accounting for 69.2%. Conclusion It＇s necessary that an individual administration by monitoring the serum concentration of valproic acid.
