摘要
建立密集化烟叶烘烤过程动态建模是有效控制烤房内干湿球温度的关键技术之一,有利于提高烟叶烘烤质量。根据能量守恒定理和室内水汽平衡原理,建立烤房干湿球温度控制动态模型,得到被控制对象的传递函数。在Simulink环境下,建立基于模糊自适应算法的PID控制仿真模型并进行仿真。与常规PID控制器相比较,基于密集化烟叶烤房烘烤动态模型的模糊自适应PID控制算法具有较好的稳定性和动态特性,特别适合于惯性大,非线性,时滞大,时变性的烟叶烘烤烤房温度控制系统中应用。
The control dynamic model of dry bulb temperature and wet bulb temperature of the bulk curing tobacco leaf barn were proposed according to the conservation law of energy and principle of water balance and gets the transfer function of the object to be controlled. PID control simulation model was established based on fuzzy adaptive algorithm in the Simulink and obtains simulation results. Compared with the conventional PID controller, the system which uses fuzzy adaptive algorithm has good stability and great dynamic characteristics. It's suitable for the tobacco curing temperature control system which is nonlinear, time-varying and has large inertia and large time lag.
