摘要
为了提高烟叶的烘烤质量,实现烤房的智能化控制,设计了智能烟叶烤房控制系统。采用模糊控制理论,对PID参数进行实时校正,使系统控制性能处于最优控制状态,实现对PID参数的在线智能校正。同时介绍了主要软件及硬件电路的设计方法。试验和实际运行表明,提高了烤房的温湿度控制精度和烟叶烘烤质量。
The intelligent control system of tobacco baking room is designed to improve the baking quality of tobacco leaf and realize their intelligent control. Using the fuzzy control theory, carrying on the real-time correction to PID parameter, making the system control capability be in the most excellent state to realize online intelligent correction. Meanwhile, it introduces the design method of main software and hardware circuit. According to the result of running, the baking quality of tobacco leaf and the control precision of temperature and humidity are improved.
