应用猪粪分离渣栽培毛木耳的品质研究 被引量:12

摘要 应用猪粪分离渣栽培毛木耳,并对毛木耳子实体进行品质测试与分析。试验结果表明,由猪粪分离渣培养的毛木耳产品,子实体粗蛋白含量为9.0%、粗纤维含量21.1%、粗脂肪含量1.1%、灰分含量2.61%、氨基酸总量6.1%,其中必需氨基酸占氨基酸总量的43.6%;毛木耳子实体中的砷(As)、铅(Pb)、汞(Hg)、镉(Cd)重金属含量均符合国家绿色食品食用菌卫生标准。 Auricularia polytricha cultivated with the pig feces were studied and the nutritional contents were analyzed. The re- sults showed that the pig feces and sawdust was composted and the contents of crude protein, crude cellulose, crude fat, ash and the total amino acid content was 9.0%, 21.1%, 1.1%, 2.61% and 6.1% respectively, of which the essential amino acid content was 43.6%. The contents of g heavy metal elements (As, Pb, Hg and Cd) in the Auricularia polytricha fruit body were all bellow the regulated criteria stipulated in the national security standard of green food.
