摘要
脓毒性脑病是指缺乏中枢神经系统感染的临床或实验室证据,由全身炎症反应引起的弥散性脑功能障碍。脓毒症患者中,脓毒性脑病的发病率和死亡率较高,由于其临床表现和实验室检查缺乏特异性,故常被漏诊。近年来,脓毒症的研究不断在深入,但关于脓毒性脑病的研究和报道却较少,尚缺乏对脓毒性脑病的全面认识,其发病机制、诊断标准、治疗都还在争论中。本文就目前脓毒性脑病的相关认识进行综述。
The septic encephalopathy is disseminated brain function dysfunction,and lack of the evidence of clinical features and laboratory of central nervous system infection.The septic encephalopathy has a higher incidence and mortality in sepsis patients,because of the septic encephalopathy has no specific clinical features and laboratory,it is missed usually in clinical.In recent years.The study of sepsis and constantly in depth,but studies and reports about septic encephalopathy is less,and it is the lacking of a comprehensive understanding of septic encephalopathy.The pathogenesis,diagnostic criteria and treatment of septic encephalopathy is discussed currently.This review is the related issues about septic encephalopathy.
