摘要
班主任专业化时代要求职前教师教育进行相应变革。职前教师教育应该分年级实施包含班主任工作的教育见习、科学建设"班主任"课程、运作班主任工作与教学工作并重的教育实习。
The professionalization of head teachers calls for corresponding reforms in pre-service teach- er education. It should implement by different grades educational probation containing head teacher training, scientifically construct the curriculum focusing on head teacher work, and organize educational internship which lays equal stress on both head teacher work and teaching practice.
