摘要
目的建立木香顺气丸中辛弗林的含量测定方法。方法采用TSK Amide80色谱柱(4.6 mm×150m,5μm),以乙酸氨溶液13mM(pH6.7)-乙腈(v/v 17∶83)为流动相,流速为1mL·min-1,检测波长275nm。结果辛弗林的线性范围为1.6-40μg·mL^-1(r=0.999 2);平均加样回收率为98.5%(n=9),RSD为0.59%。结论本方法简单、迅速,辛弗林的保留因子κ满足要求,可用于木香顺气丸中陈皮药材的质量控制。
Objective To establish the quantitative method for synephrine Methods The separation was undertaken on TSKgel Amide-80(4.6mm×150m,5μm)column,the mobile phase was composed with13 mM Amonium Acetate buffer(pH6.5)and acetonitrile(v/v17∶83),flow rate was 1 mL·mL^-1,the detection wavelength was 275 nm,the linearity of synephrine was between 1.6μg·mL^-1and 40μg·mL^-1(r=0.999 2),and average recovery was 98.5%(n=9)RSD=0.59% Results the method was simple and fast,and the retention factorκreached the requirements Conclusion the method could be applied to quality control of Muxiangshunqi Pills
