摘要
随着中国-东盟自由贸易区的正式建成和迅速发展，中国和东盟各国的合作发展进入一个新的阶段，广西作为通向东盟各国的“桥头堡”，如何加强和创新自身的社会管理，抓住战略机遇期，实现广西经济社会的跨越式发展，成为广西各界需要关注的重大课题之一。基于中国-东盟一体化这一背号，分析加强和创新广西社会管理的必要性以及为广西自治区经济社会的全面、协调、可持续发展建言献策。
With the establishment and rapid development of China-Asean free trade area, the cooperation and development of China and Asean countries go a new stage further, Guangxi is treated as the ＂bridge- head＂ going into Asean countries, and how to strengthen and innovate the social management, seize the strategic opportunity, and come true the leap-forward development of Guangxi＇s economy and society, have become one of the major topics in Guangxi. This paper will analysis the necessity of strengthening and innovation of social management in Guangxi, and offer advice for the Guangxi＇s economic and social com- prehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, based on the background of China-Asean integration.
