摘要
建设社会主义新农村是一项长期的系统工程,各项建设成果的取得、巩固和继续推进需要政府、企业乃至其他社会组织的密切合作。农村非政府组织积极参与社会主义新农村建设,不仅能够实现新农村建设主体的多元化,还能够在培育符合新农村建设需要的新型农民,构建安定和谐的村庄新秩序,实现人与自然和谐相处,解决新农村建设中存在的侵权行为等方面发挥重要作用。
Building a new socialist countryside is a long-term project, and to acquire, consolidate and promote the construction results needs close cooperation of governments, enterprises and other social organizations. Involving in the building of new socialist countryside actively, rural non-governmental organizations not only diversifies the main bodies of building a new rural countryside, but also plays important roles in fostering the new rural farmers needed by the building of new countryside, building stable and harmoniously new village order, achieving harmony between man and nature, and solving violations caused by the building of new countryside.
