摘要 本文制备的纳米SnO2/SiO2/TiO2溶胶凝胶,能够常温5~30℃成膜,可见条件下具有超亲水、防雾、自清洁的性能。其中水接触角为3.7°,最大透光率波长在555~565 nm处,增投率达3.89%。一年测试结果,涂膜玻璃比普通玻璃透光率提高8.32%(12次平均)。 The nano SnO2/SiO2/TiO2 sol - gel can form the film at normal temperature of 5 - 30℃, with super hydrophilie, anti fog and self cleaning performances under the visible conditions. The water contact angle is 3.7 degrees, the maximum transmittance at a wavelength of 555 to 565 nm, increasing investment rate of 3.89 %. The one - year test shows light transmission rate of the coating glass increased 8.32% (average of 12 times) than that of the ordinary glass.
