摘要
蒸汽处理广泛应用于粉末冶金零件的表面处理,可以大幅度改善零件的表观状态,提高材料的综合性能。本文从温度、时间、成形密度、装包位置、机加工等方面对铁基粉末冶金零件蒸汽处理质量的影响因素进行了研究。为粉末冶金产品质量的提高和生产过程中的工艺优化提供依据。
Steam treatment is widely used in surface treatment of powder metallurgy parts to improve the mechanical properties, antirust function and gas-sealing properties. The influence factors of steam treatment quality on iron based P/M parts were studied from the temperature, time, green density, package location and mechanical processing aspects to provide a basis for the quality improving and process optimization in production.
