摘要
在前期研究和工业实验的基础上,结合生产的实际情况,对高强捆带WKD930的发蓝工艺进行了调整和改进,采用"先发蓝,后热处理"的实验方案,并将其应用于生产线。产品的理化检验结果表明,新的发蓝工艺能够进一步提高产品的综合性能,特别是耐蚀性。
On the basis of previous research and industrial experiments, the bluing process of high strength strapping steel WKD930 was adjusted and improved in close combination with practical production. An experimental scheme about "bluing treatment then heat treatment" was applied in the production line. The results of physical and chemical analysis show that this new bluing process can improve the comprehensive quality further, especially the anticorrosion performance.
