摘要
目的:探讨CIK细胞静脉回输治疗老年晚期癌症的护理对策。方法:选择2012年3月-2013年4月笔者所在医院接诊的150例晚期癌症患者进行研究,对其采用CIK细胞静脉回输治疗,于治疗前与治疗后分别比较患者的生活质量的评分。结果:治疗后生活质量评分明显高于治疗前生活质量评分,差异有统计学意义(u=5.1486,P<0.0001)。结论:CIK细胞静脉回输治疗老年晚期癌症能够明显改善患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。
Objective：To explore the nursing strategy of Cytokine-induced killer cells by venous retransfusion in elderly cancer.Method：Selected 150 terminal-cancer patients as the research objects treated in our hospital from March 2012 to April 2013.Treated these patients by venous re-transfusion with Cytokine-induced killer cells.The quality of life score were compared before and after treatment.Result：After the treatment,the quality of life scores were significantly higher than before treatment,there was significant difference（u=5.148,P〈0.0001）.Conclusion：Cytokine-induced killer cells by venous re-transfusion in elderly cancer can significantly improve the quality of life,it is worthy of popularizing.
