Undertaking a series of career planning counseling, offering lectures on career abilities and constructing career planning tutoring platforms are effective measures to cultivate five-year higher vocational students career planning abilities. Career awareness, preparation, positioning, checking and optimization are five feasible progressive career planning stages. Strengthening curriculum and team construction, and establishing archives are other assurances.
