教师作为教育的主导者,其自身的能力对于教育水平有着很重要的影响,进行职业生涯规划是提高教师能力的关键所在,高职院校要结合高职教育特色,建立有效机制,与教师共同努力,提高教师职业生涯规划能力,促进教师职业发展。
As educational leaders,teachers′ ability has a very important impact on the level of education.Career planning is the key to improve teachers＇ ability and vocational colleges should combine with higher vocational education characteristics,establish effective mechanism,make joint efforts with the teachers to improve their capabilities of career planning,promote their professional development.
