摘要
当前,我国关于高校贫困生的资助面、受益面在不断扩大,很多贫困生在获得资助的同时缓解了读书期间的经济困难,顺利完成了学业。然而,这种经济资助实质的资助模式弊端凸显,对贫困生更为突出的心理和精神健康引领不够,为此,笔者提出"经济资助——精神引领——能力提升"的"铁三角"优化模式,从减轻贫困大学生最直接的经济困难问题到减轻对贫困大学生影响更深、更久远的心理问题,最终过渡到提升贫困大学生社会就业竞争能力。
At present, our country#s funding and benefit about poverty-stricken university students expands constantly. And many poverty-stricken students have successfully completed their studies under the support of funding and benefit. However, this kind of financial aid funding model highlights the drawbacks of its essence, it is not enough for the more prominent issue, namely,poverty-stricken students# psychological and mental health guidance. Therefore, the author puts forward the iron triangleoptimization pattern of economic aid—spirit guide—enhancing the ability, from alleviating poverty-stricken university students# most direct economic difficulties to alleviating the more far-reaching issue,namely poverty-stricken university students# psychological problems, and finally improving the social employ-ment competition ability of poverty-stricken university students.
