摘要
目的:探索中小学班级心理环境的结构并进行量表编制。方法:通过文献分析、专业人士访谈和开放式问卷调查形成量表初始结构。在两次试测基础上,以2379名中小学生为正式样本进行因素分析和信度效度检验。结果:中小学班级心理环境结构包括师生关系、同学关系、学习成长、管理秩序4个因素。量表的验证性因素分析结果表明,四维度模型拟合度良好。结论:中小学班级心理环境量表具有良好的信度和效度指标。该问卷可以作为中小学阶段班级心理环境的测量工具。
Objective： To develop the structure of Class Psychological Environment Scale （CPES） for primary and secondary schools. Methods： Based upon literature analysis, professionals＇interviews, opened questionnaire survey formed the CPES initial structure. After two pre-tested, exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses with a sample of 2379 pupils were administered. Results： CPES comprised four factors： teachers-students relationships, students-students relationships, learning growth and management regulations. Confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the four-dimension model fit well. Conclusion： The CPES indicated high levels of reliability and validity. It is appropriate for assessing class psychological environment.
