摘要
目的:探索中小学班级心理环境的结构并进行量表编制。方法:通过文献分析、专业人士访谈和开放式问卷调查形成量表初始结构。在两次试测基础上,以2379名中小学生为正式样本进行因素分析和信度效度检验。结果:中小学班级心理环境结构包括师生关系、同学关系、学习成长、管理秩序4个因素。量表的验证性因素分析结果表明,四维度模型拟合度良好。结论:中小学班级心理环境量表具有良好的信度和效度指标。该问卷可以作为中小学阶段班级心理环境的测量工具。
Objective: To develop the structure of Class Psychological Environment Scale (CPES) for primary and secondary schools. Methods: Based upon literature analysis, professionals'interviews, opened questionnaire survey formed the CPES initial structure. After two pre-tested, exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses with a sample of 2379 pupils were administered. Results: CPES comprised four factors: teachers-students relationships, students-students relationships, learning growth and management regulations. Confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the four-dimension model fit well. Conclusion: The CPES indicated high levels of reliability and validity. It is appropriate for assessing class psychological environment.
