摘要
目的了解广州市在校流动儿童的营养及健康状况,为更有针对性地开展学龄流动儿童的健康管理提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,对广州市4所外来子弟学校4 256名学生进行体格检查,了解其生长发育、营养状况、常见病等情况,并将结果与广州市学生体质健康监测结果进行比较。结果流动儿童年龄别身高、体重均数都低于本地儿童;流动儿童生长迟滞(2.58%)、消瘦(13.28%)检出率高于本地儿童(1.76%和11.50%),超重(7.21%)、肥胖(3.83%)检出率低于本地儿童(9.62%和5.42%)。在常见病方面,流动儿童沙眼检出率为5.31%,远高于本地儿童(0.51%);流动儿童龋齿(13.76%)、视力不良(70.32%)等常见病检出率低于本地儿童(19.04%和77.15%),差异均有统计学意义(χ2值分别为1 389.29,74.40,104.02,P值均<0.01)。结论广州市流动儿童的发育状况、营养状况均差于本地儿童。建议采取多种措施提高流动儿童健康水平。
Objective To study the nutritional status and health status among migrant children in Guangzhou, and to provide scientific reference to carry out more health management more pertinently for the school-age migrant students in the future. Methods Stratified cluster sampling was adopted to conduct a routine physical examination and investigate the growth and development, nutritional status and common diseases on 4 256 students from 4 migrant students＇ schools. The results were used to compare with those from physique and health monitoring on Guangzhou local students, reflecting the difference in health status between migrant students and local household registered students. Results Migrant students＇ height-for-age and weight-for-age were both lower than those of local students. The prevalence rates of growth retardation（ 2.58% ）, emaciation （ 13.28% ） were both higher than those of local students （ 1.76%, 11.50% ） ; the prevalence rates of overweight （ 7.21% ）, obesity （ 3.83% ） were lower than local students （ 9.62%, 5.42% ） ; trachoma （ 5.31% ） of migrant students were higher than those of local students （ 0.51%）; the prevalence rates of decayed tooth（ 13.76% ） and low vision（70.30%） were lower than local students（ 19.04%, 77.15%）. Conclusion Migrant students＇ physical development and nutritional status are lower than the local students. Common disease detection rate of them are higher.It suggests that various measures should be taken to strengthen the health education on the prevention and control.
