摘要
知识型员工工作的主动性、创造性和对企业的忠诚度的有效激励手段,是民营科技企业发展中的"瓶颈"。本文在对比分析了当前物质激励和精神激励的作用后,提出了精神激励的主要方法,探索民营科技企业知识型员工精神激励的模式。
The bottleneck problem in the development of private enterprises of science and technology is how to effectively stimulate the proactivity, creativity and loyalty of educated workers. This paper provided a comparative analysis of the roles of material motivation and spiritual motivation, and discussed the main methods of spiritual motivation. Based on these analyses, this paper further explored the spiritual motivation mode for the educated workers in private enterprises of science and technology.
