摘要
华侨、华人是国家极为宝贵的资源和财富。制定、完善涉侨法律,是保护华侨、华人正当权益的有效措施。厘清保护对象、明确调整内容、加强制度设计,是涉侨立法的重中之重。
The overseas Chinese, Chinese country is extremely valuable resource and wealth. To formulate and improve alien related legal, effective measures to protect the legitimate rights and interests of overseas Chinese.To clarify the protection object, clear to adjust the content and strengthening the system design, is the most important overseas legislation.
