摘要
目的按照CNAS-CL33:2011相关要求,搜集相关数据,研究海拔、大气压、温度、湿度对称量的影响。方法以称量20 g水为例,根据南通、兰州、拉萨所处海拔,计算出重力的不确定度;搜集本地区过去一年内大气压的数据,计算出气压、温度、湿度变化对空气浮力的不确定度,最后将所有分量合成相对扩展不确定度。结果以称量20 g水为例,本实验室海拔、气压、温度、湿度对称量的扩展不确定度为0.006 26%,兰州与拉萨地区称量的扩展不确定度分别为0.055 4%和0.133 6%。结论海拔、气压、温度、湿度对本地区称量不确定度影响相对较小,但在不同地区海拔差异显著时影响相对较大。
Objective To investigate the effects of altitude,atmospheric pressure,temperature and humidity on the results of weighing based on the relevant data and CNAS-CL33: 2011 guideline. Methods For instance,we weighed 20 g of water in Nantong,Lanzhou and Lasa,and calculated the uncertainty of gravity in different altitude regions. After collecting the local meteorologic data in the last year,we calculated the uncertainty of air buoyancy based on the changes of atmospheric pressure,temperature and humidity. Last,all variables were synthesized and the relative expanded uncertainty was calculated. Results When weighing 20 g of water,the expanded uncertainty originated from altitude,atmospheric pressure,temperature and humidity in our laboratory was 0. 006 26%,while those in Lanzhou and Lasa were 0. 055 4% and 0. 133 6%,respectively. Conclusion The effect of altitude,atmospheric pressure,temperature and humidity on the results of weighing in Nantong region is small. However,the significant difference in altitude will influence the uncertainty of weighing.
