达比加群酯对非瓣膜性房颤患者凝血指标的影响 被引量：7

摘要 非瓣膜性心房颤动（nonvalvular atrial fibrillation,NVAF）是最常见的心律失常之一,患者发生脑卒中的危险为正常人群的5~7倍[1]。抗凝治疗是房颤患者预防卒中的基础[2]。达比加群酯于2010~2011年在欧美、2013年在我国获批准用于预防房颤患者脑卒中,成为继华法林之后50年来首个被批准用于房颤抗凝治疗的药物[2]。
