摘要
重症监护病房的病人常同时使用多种药物,药物间相互作用可影响药物的疗效或增加药物的毒副作用。基于药物相互作用软件提供的药学服务可高效地筛选出潜在的药物相互作用,使临床药师的干预更快速、有效,提高了临床用药安全性。
Patients in ICU were often administered with many kinds of drugs simultaneously.The drug-drug interactions can either affect therapeutic efficacy or increase toxicity of the drugs.Pharmaceutical care based on drug interaction filter application can efficiently screen out potential drug interaction,thus enabling clinical pharmacists to intervene in a faster and more effective manner and at the same time increasing clinical medication safety.
