摘要
办学定位是高等学校在区域高等教育体系中所处的位置,是社会需求、高校系统分工和高校自身实际结合的产物。高等学校办学定位内容庞杂,培养目标定位是其核心定位。高等学校的核心定位,通常是比较稳定的。办学定位可以改变,也可以培育。转制、转轨是学校核心定位的改变。办学定位有自身的演变规律,不以人的意志为转移,演变的规律主要受学校核心定位的影响。淄博师专的培养目标定位是培养培训小学幼儿教师,服务面向定位是"面向山东",服务方向定位是"面向农村",服务对象定位是"面向小学幼儿园"。学校学前教育专业的服务方向定位受国家政策的影响。淄博师专未来的办学定位是办学层次提升,培养目标不变。
School orientation is the position of the college in local higher education system,and is the product combining social needs,college system division with colleges' actual situation.The orientation of colleges has complex contents,with the orientation of training objective as its central orientation,which is usually quite stable.School orientation can be changed,or nurtured,and the restructuring,and transition is the change to the central orientation of colleges.School orientation has its own evolution law,which is not determined by people's will,but mainly affected by the central orientation of colleges.The training objective orientation of Zibo Normal College is to train primary school and kindergarten teachers,its service area orientation is "facing Shandong" and "for rural areas",and its target position is "for primary school and kindergartens." The service orientation of preschool education major of our college is affected by national policy.The future school orientation of Zibo Normal College is to promote school level while the training objectives remain unchanged.
