摘要
我校升格以来,规模扩张很快。随着形势发展,规模的扩张已经不是矛盾的主要方面,学校应当拿出更多的精力来抓内涵的发展。抓内涵发展就是追求质量的提高。当前最重要的工作就是找出限制学校教学质量提高的原因是什么,在此基础上提出解决问题的办法。限制我校教学质量提高的原因,从宏观角度讲主要是办学定位问题、教学中心问题、质量意识问题,从微观角度分析,主要是生源质量问题、师资队伍问题、教学管理问题。
Since promotion, our college has expanded very fast. Along with the develpment of the situation, the expansion of the scale is not the principal contradiction any more. Our main task now is to pay more attention to the development of connotation now. To stress the development of connotation is just to pursue quality. The most important work at present is to handle eight relations well, to find out the reasons that restrict the improvement of teaching quality of our college, and, on the basis of this, to propose the measures of solving the problem. Macroscopically, the main reasons that restrict our teaching quality are the problems of the orientation, of the teaching-oriented and of the ideology of quality; while in terms of microcosmic, it is mainly the problem of the quality of the source of students, the problem of teachers' quality, the problem of management of teaching.
