摘要
目的了解护生实习前对医院多重耐药菌感染防控知识掌握现状,提出培训策略,探讨如何提高护生对多重耐药菌感染患者的隔离、防护与控制意识,使之最大限度地降低多重耐药菌的交叉感染。方法对即将到医院实习的320名护生采用自行设计"护生多重耐药菌感染防控知识调查表"进行问卷调查。结果护生实习前多重耐药菌感染防控知识掌握情况总体知晓率为29.9%,防控知识严重缺乏,防控意识差。结论应通过院校联合,建立完善的多重耐药菌感染防控知识培训及管理制度,对实习前护生实施科学规范化管理,强化防控知识的培训,有效控制医院感染的发生。
Objective To investigate nursing students before their clinical practice mastering infection prevention and con-trol knowledge present situation of multiple drug-resistant bacteria,put forward the training strategy,discuss how to improve the nurs-ing students consciousness of in patients with multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection isolation,protection and control,so as to mini-mize the multi-resistant bacteria cross infection. Methods To survey 320 nursing students who will go to practice in the hospital u-sing self-designed ‘multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection prevention and control knowledge of nursing students questionnaire. Re-sults The whole witting rate of nursing students before their clinical practice mastering infection prevention and control knowledge situation about multiple drug-resistant bacteria was 29. 9% ,prevention and control knowledge and consciousness is poor. Conclusion We should be combined by colleges,establishing perfect multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection prevention and control knowledge training and management system,implementing scientific and standardized management for nursing students before practice,strengthe-ning the prevention and control knowledge training,to effectively control the occurrence ofhospital infection.
