摘要 利用DEA模型对1997—2011年长三角地区高技术产业的投入产出效率进行动态研究,结果表明,近些年长三角高技术产业整体投入产出绩效良好,绝大部分年份DMU有效,但仍存在较大提升空间。两大电子信息类行业投入产出绩效整体水平相对较好,但都呈现出一定的起伏波动;医药和医疗设备制造业存在较大的资源浪费现象,应及时作出调整;航天航空制造业技术效率明显小于其他行业,但具有较大的发展空间。最后,根据实证分析的结果提出提升长三角高技术产业投入产出绩效的相应建议。 By using DEA model, this study performs dynamic research on the input - output efficiency of high - tech in- dustries in the Yangtze River delta from 1997 to 2011. The results show that the high -tech industries have an overall fair performance on input - output efficiency recently and the DMU is effective in most years. However, there is still great space for improvement. Besides, the input -output efficiency of two large electronic information industries is relatively good with some fluctuations. Serious resource waste has been found in the pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing industry, which needs to be solved timely. The technological efficiency of the aerospace manufacturing is obviously less than the other industries, which in tum shows great development space. Based on the empirical analysis, this paper also gives suggestions on how to improve the input - output performance of high - teeh industries.
