间作木薯对花生叶片碳氮代谢产物及关键酶活性的影响 被引量:11

摘要 通过设置不同的间作行距(30、40、50 cm)和根系分隔处理,研究木薯/花生间作条件下花生叶片碳氮代谢产物及关键酶活性的变化。结果表明,间作可降低花生叶片可溶性糖、氨基酸含量和蔗糖合成酶、蔗糖磷酸合成酶、谷氨酰胺合成酶及硝酸还原酶活性,中宽行距(40、50 cm)间作可增加花生叶片的蛋白质含量。窄行距自然间作对碳氮代谢产物和氮代谢酶活性的抑制程度最大,根系分隔处理可缓解窄行距间作对碳氮代谢的抑制作用,表现为窄行距(30 cm)根系分隔处理的碳氮代谢产物均高于根系不分隔处理;相反,中宽行距根系分隔处理的碳氮代谢产物低于根系不分隔处理,说明木薯和花生根系之间的相互作用因间作行距而异,行距过窄时表现为竞争抑制作用,行距适中则表现为互补促进作用。 In this study,products and key enzyme activity of carbon-nitrogen metabolism of peanut leaf were investigated under the different intercopping row spacing( 30,40,50 cm) and root system separation treatment. The result indicated that cassava-peanut intercropping made the soluble sugar content,amino acid content,the the sucrose phosphate synthase( SPS),sucrose synthase( SS) activity and nitrate reductase( NR),glutamine synthase( GS) activity decrease,the suitable row intercroping treatment could increase the protein content of peanut leaf. The inhibition of row spacing on products of carbon-nitrogen metabolism,NR and GS were the most,and root system separation treatment could relieve the inhibition of carbon-nitrogen metabolism in the row spacing intercropping system,it showed that he products and key enzyme activity of carbon-nitrogen metabolism of root system separation treatment were more than non-separation treatment in 30 cm row spacing treatment. On the contrary,the products of carbon-nitrogen metabolism of root system separation treatment were lower than non-separation treatment in the suitable row spacing,it showed that root interaction between cassava and peanut was different because of different intercropinng row spacing,and the root interaction in the lower intercropinng row spacing was competitive and inhibit,but the root interaction in the suitable intercropping row spacing was complementary and positive.
