摘要
目的:研究眩晕宁片联合阿司匹林治疗频发的短暂性脑缺血发作性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:选择2011年1月-2012年12月笔者所在医院收治的短暂性脑缺血发作性眩晕患者113例为研究对象,随机分为观察组(眩晕宁片联合阿司匹林,n=57)与对照组(阿司匹林,n=56),观察两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组显效率、总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);血浆黏度、高切全血比黏度、低切全血比黏度、纤维蛋白原明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:眩晕宁片联合阿司匹林可显著改善短暂性脑缺血发作性眩晕患者脑部血液循环,提高治疗效果。
Objective：To study the clinical efficacy of Xuanyunning combinated with Aspirin in the treatment of episodic vertigo for transient ischemic attack.Method：113 patients with episodic vertigo for transient ischemic attack from January 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group（which was given Xuanyunning combinated with Aspirin,n=57） and the control group（which was given Aspirin,n=56）,the clinical efficacy of two groups was observed.Result：The rate of excellence and the total efficiency of the observation group were 70.18% and 94.74%,were significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Plasma viscosity,high blood viscosity,low blood viscosity,fibrinogen of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Xuanyunning combinated with Aspirin can improve brain blood circulation,and the therapeutic effect in the treatment of episodic vertigo for transient ischemic attack.
