摘要
男同性恋是一个典型的亚文化群体,其社会观念、行为模式与一般性群体有所不同。由于男同性恋人群艾滋病传播方式的隐秘,且男男同性性传播艾滋病的比例不断上升,因此这是一个不可忽视的群体。男同性恋社区组织中的精英拥有丰富的社会资源,有能力建构和利用各种社会关系网络,在推进男同性恋社区发展和治理方面扮演了重要角色。从男同性恋社区组织精英的结构、社会角色、精英博弈及其作用和影响三个维度进行研究,探讨了男同性恋社区组织精英的社会建构与意义,旨在为人们理解男同性恋的社会功能及为艾滋病防治策略提供一个新的视角。
Men who ha e sex with men （MSM） is a typical subculture group. Their social ideas and behaviors are different from the general popt .ation. Because of the different sex role and the secrets of the mode of transmission, MSM has become an important way of the spread of acquired immune deficiency syndrom （AIDS）. MSM community based organization （MSMCI： O） has a lot of social resources, and has the ability to construct and use a variety of social relation networks, which has played a positive role in promoting commumty development and governance. This study was conducted from three limensions of MSMCBO elite structure, social role. elite game. MSMCBO＇s role and influence and discussed the social ec lstruction and the significance of MSMCBO elite, which aims to provide a new perspective for people to understand the MS VI social functions and AIDS prevention and control strategies.
