摘要
对于内伤杂病,如何运用整体观念分析病因病机,在一个更高的层次上把握病情病势,并在此基础上选方择药,最终能否形成"一方通治诸病"的中医系统疗法,本文试举三位医家对此做出的有益探索。根据以上论述,笔者提出中医系统疗法的新理论,即根据中医整体观,慢性病症久治不愈的病机关键在于正邪胶着,治疗的关键在于调整枢机,具体采用一方通治诸病的方法。以上三位医家在临床实践中分别对中医系统疗法理论进行了阐释,分别从病位、病性、脏腑气机等角度对慢性病正邪胶着的病机采用不同方药论治,体现了中医系统疗法"一方通治诸病"的主张,这在临床实际工作中既可以提高疗效,又可以提高效率,也能为新药研发提供新思路。
How to analysis the pathogenesis of miscellaneous diseases with concept of wholism, to grasp the condition and trend of the diseases at a higher level and select suitable prescription and medicine, and to form a TCM systematic treatment-- A Prescription for the Treatment of All Diseases. The article introduced the useful exploration through analyzing the experience of 3 physicians. Based on the above discussion, the author proposed a new theory of systematic treatment which suggests that the key pathogenesis of chronic diseases lies in the struggle between zheng qi and evil qi, the key treatment rule is regulating the body. The 3 physicians in the paper respectively explained the theory, and used different prescription and medicine from the perspective of disease location, disease character and qi. This not only can reflect the opinion of A Prescription for the Treat- ment of All Diseases, improve the effects in clinical, but also can provide mew ideas for new drug research and development.
