摘要
分析了铝轮毂在低压铸造过程中产生针孔、缩松缺陷的原因,改进了轮毂模具的排气工艺,进一步完善了低压铸造工艺。生产验证结果表明,在铸造工艺和模具结构最少改动的情况下,减少了铝轮毂轮辋部位的针孔、缩松,铸件毛坯质量大大提高,产品废品率降低8%左右,提高了班产效率和产品质量。
The causes of pinhole and dispersed shrinkage on aluminum wheel in low pressure casting process were analyzed. The exhaust of die for wheel was improved, and further the low pressure casting process was perfected. The production verification results show that the pinhole and dispersed shrinkage at the rim of aluminum wheel are reduced under the minimum changes of casting process and die structure. The quality of castings is improved greatly, the rejection rate of finished products can reduce by about 8%, and the work efficiency and product quality can be enhanced.
