前列腺疾病的免疫组化诊断 被引量：5

摘要 前列腺疾病的诊断在很大程度上依赖穿刺标本的病理学检查，而免疫组化染色在其病理辅助诊断中占有重要地位，病理医师对免疫组化的依赖性很高。近年来前列腺肿瘤的生物学标志物不断涌现，如何选择合适标志物、合理应用鸡尾酒抗体（双标、三标）以及应用免疫组化检查解决前列腺疾病诊断中的难题，是日常病理工作经常遇到的问题，本文现对这些问题逐一进行讨论。
