摘要
"一"是一个包含许多政治秩序信息的汉字,它有普遍性、正统性、统一法则的含义。一种政治秩序的形成是以统一的价值体系、一致自洽的制度等为标志的,或者说,政治秩序经常围绕着代表"一"的普遍性、正统性、统一法则的建构来实现。有了"一",共同体内则可以实现"共一为和"的秩序状态。在文明史和世界政治范围内,文明之间和大国之间经常在世界秩序问题上围绕"一"的问题展开争论或妥协。作者阐述了"一""和"问题在历史和当代世界秩序之争中的意义,指出按照一种地方的政治秩序经验作为普遍主义原理来组织世界秩序,难以走出历史上国际秩序建设的局限。在一个多样多元世界中,可以在各方普遍联系和相互依存的普遍主义原则下,寻找组织秩序的共同规范和规则。
The 'One' in Chinese literature,just like universalism in Western philosophy,is quite related to the political order organization.Each political order,wherever in any nation or regional area,comes to the end along with the emergence of integrated values and institutions.When the different actors share the 'One' or core values and norms,peace and order will be realized.Over the last centuries,the evolution of world order tells us that while different states struggle for the 'one' or universalism,in most instances,it begins with that specific state trying to promote its particular value to the other areas as a universal one.The essay points out that this approach could be only as one aspect of universalism,and that the real universalism should be understood on the level of connectivity and Guanxi.In a plural world,the first aspect of universalism is more or less misleading for the organization of the world order,while the second one should be mostly highlighted.
