摘要
Micro RNA(mi RNA,mi R)是一种内源性、非编码蛋白质的小分子单链RNA,长度为18-24个核苷酸,与组织器官发育、细胞增殖、分化和凋亡以及肿瘤的发生发展有关.本文主要对mi R-24的生物学特性与其在肿瘤及非肿瘤性疾病中可能发挥的调节作用作一综述,可为临床诊断和治疗方面提供新的线索,以降低患者的病死率.
Micro RNAs are endogenous, small, and noncoding RNAs of 18-24 nucleotides in length that regulate tissue/organ development, cell growth,differentiation, and apoptosis and play an essential role in the development and progression of tumors. This paper will discuss the biological characteristics of micro RNA-24 and its biological role in tumors and non-tumor diseases, with an aim to provide new clues to disease diagnosis and treatment to reduce the mortality of patients.
