新疆喀什地区食管癌与饮食习惯相关性分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨新疆喀什地区食管癌发病的危险因素。方法:进行配对病例对照研究,采用统一的调查表,分别对120例患者和120例对照进行问卷调查。结果:单因素分析显示:油炸食物、熏烤食物、霉变食物、喝茯茶、睡前喝茶、睡前饱餐、吃隔夜食物是食管癌的危险因素。多因素分析显示:常吃熏烤食物(OR=3.078)、睡前喝茶(OR=2.106)、睡前饱餐(OR=2.964)能增加患食管癌的危险性。结论:本地区居民食管癌的发病与饮食习惯有关,应大力开展健康教育,改变不良的饮食习惯,从而减少食管癌的发病。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between esophageal cancer and eating habits at Kashgar,Xinjiang.Methods:A total of 120 patients with esophageal cancer were investigated with questionnaire for their eating habits,120 healthy volunteer were included as the normal control.Results:The univariate analysis showed that the risk factors for esophageal cancer were fried food,smoked food,moldy food,Fu tea drinking and tea drinking before night sleep,full eating before night sleep,and eating overnight food.The multivariate analysis showed that frequent consumption of smoked food(OR=3.078),tea drinking before night sleep(OR=2.106),full eating before night sleep(OR=2.964)could increase the risk of esophageal cancer.Conclusion:The incidence of esophageal cancer in the local population is associated with their poor eating habits.
