摘要
根据施工区域外围节点OD交通量,采用容量约束分配法,计算施工占道后周边道路的交通量,参照交通影响程度划分的阈值,确定施工占道对周边道路交通影响的程度及范围。在施工交通影响区内,以现状交通量和道路条件为基础、路径的行程时间可靠性为约束,计算最小疏导交通量和道路剩余承载容量。从施工路段向外逐层扩大疏导范围,直到满足行程时间可靠性约束。最终将施工路段的交通量控制在可接受范围,降低施工占道对交通运行的影响。
According to OD traffic volume of the peripheral node of the construction area,with the method of distribution of capacity constraint,we can calculate the surrounding traffic volume after the occupation. Referring to the threshold values of traffic impact degree classification,we can determine the degree and scope of surrounding roads by presence construction. In the construction-influencing zone,based on the status quo of traffic and road conditions,with constrain on the reliabilities of the path travel time,we can calculate the minimum dredging traffic and surplus bearing capacity of road. We can expand the scope of guidance from the construction section step by step until meeting the constraints of travel time reliability. At last the traffic flow of the construction roads can be controlled in the acceptable range. This can reduce influence on the presence construction to traffic.
