摘要
为降低产品设计、生产规划与制造之间的不确定性,提高生产系统的可靠性,构建了面向数字化车间的布局与生产仿真框架;针对传统设计与制造过程中产品数据零散,不能保证各子系统数据一致性的缺陷,提出了基于单一产品数据源的制造资源库模型,对制造过程中的所有资源进行有效管理。引用面向对象技术,对车间进行三维布局设计,构建了基于产品、工艺、规划、资源组成的复杂离散生产系统的仿真模型。最后,以某军工制造企业的数控加工车间为例,对车间的生产线布局进行了重新设计和仿真验证,证明了模型的有效性。
To reduce the uncertainties in the process of product design , production plan and its manufacturing, and improve the reliability of production system, the layout and production simulation framework for digital workshop was built. Aiming at the defects that the scattered data in traditional design and manufacturing process cannot guarantee data consistency in each subsystem, the manufacturing resource library (MRL) model was proposed, which can manage all resources in the manufacturing process effectively. Using object-oriented technology to design the 3D layout of workshop, the authors construct simulation model of complex discrete production system, which is based on product, process, resource planning conform this model's effectiveness, the layout of production line is simulated and redesigned manufacturing enterprise's numerical control workshop.
