摘要
通过对目前企业数据分散管理引起的“信息孤岛”问题的分析 ,提出了面向PLM的企业整体模型概念 ,阐述了制造数据与企业整体模型的关系 ,分析了制造数据的静态属性和动态属性及其与企业各部门之间的映射关系 ,采用语义数据模型化技术IDEF1X ,给出了MBOM的组织结构 ,构建了基于EIM的制造数据模型 ,以实现制造数据与企业各部门数据的共享和集成 ,为构建EIM下的制造数据管理模块提供蓝图。
By the introduction of the information island' problem because of the detached management of data in enterprises, the conception of the enterprise integrated model based on PLM is put forward, the relationship between the manufacturing data and the enterprise integrated model is expounded, then the static and the dynamic attributes of the manufacturing data and the mapping relationships among every function part in the enterprise are analyzed. At last, the structure of MBOM is provided and the model of manufacturing-data management based on EIM is built with the semantic data model technology-IDEF1X, which realize the sharing and integration of data among the manufacturing data and every function part in the enterprise and provide the blueprint for building a management system of manufacturing data based on EIM.
