摘要
[目的]探讨综合护理对重症脑卒中病人负性心理及预后的影响。[方法]将50例重症脑卒中病人采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各25例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组以满足病人的身心需要为目的,实施综合护理,比较两组的负性心理、病情恢复及预后情况。[结果]观察组的焦虑及抑郁评分低于对照组、沟通率高于对照组、重症监护室(ICU)监护时间及拔管时间短于对照组、并发症发生率低于对照组,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后的GCS评分、Karnofsky预后评分高于对照组,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]综合护理可给予脑卒中病人优质、高效的护理服务,减轻病人的负性心理,改善预后。
Objective：To probe into the influence of comprehensive nursing care on negative psychology and prognosis of patients with severe stroke. Methods：A total of 50 patients with severe stroke were divided into obser-vation group and control group according to the random number table meth-od,25 cases in each.The patients in control group received routine nursing care,while the patients in observation group received comprehensive nurs-ing care to meet patient’s physical and mental needs,and then to compare the negative psychology,disease recovery and prognosis between two groups.Results：The score of anxiety and depression in observation group was lower than that of control group,the score of communication rate was higher than that of control group,the ICU （ICU）monitoring time and extu-bation time were shorter than that of control group and the complications were less than that of control group,and there was statistically significant difference between both groups （P 〈0.05 ）;the GCS score and Karnofsky prognostic score in observation group after intervention were higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing care can provide high quality and effec-tive nursing service for stroke patients,reduce patients’negative psychol-ogy and improve the prognosis.
