摘要
目的改进拉西地平的合成工艺。方法以2-溴苯甲醛,巴豆酸甲酯和乙酰乙酸乙酯为原料,经闭环反应、消除反应制得拉西地平。结果通过新合成方法,减少了合成步骤,总收率为34.0%。结论本工艺操作简便,成本较低,适于工业化生产。
Objective To improve the synthesis process of lacidipine. Methods With 2-bromobenzaldehyde, transmethyl crotonate and ethyl acetoacetate as the starting material, lacidipine was prepared through closed loop reaction and elimination reaction. Results After improvement, the synthetic steps were reduced, and the total yield of lacidipine reached 34.0 %. Conclusion The improved synthesis process of lacidipine is easily operated and cost-saving, and is fit for the industrial production.
