摘要
报道以氯乙酸氯为起始原料，依次合成氯乙酸叔丁酯（Ⅱ）、三苯基膦烯乙酸叔丁酯（Ⅱ）、3－（2－甲酰基苯基－2（E）－丙烯酸叔丁酯（Ⅳ），（Ⅳ）与3－氨基丁烯酸乙酯环合得到拉西地平（Ⅰ）的工艺过程。
The synthetic route with chloroacetyl chloride gave tert-butyl chloroacetate (Ⅱ), triphenylphosphine (Ⅲ) and tart-butyl 3-(2-formylphenyl)-2 (E)-propenoate (Ⅳ), then Ⅳ was cyclized with ethyl 3-aminocrotonate in acetic acid and lacidipine (Ⅰ) was prepared.
